An insane artist comes up with an ingenious method of keeping his beautiful models still -- he simply kills them and sticks them in a deep freeze for a while. It's just as bad as it sounds, but lovers of campy horror might find this amusing. Driven by a heated passion and haunted by an exotic and misty nightmare.  Obsessed by a beauty he can paint but not possess, a psychotic artist twists his inspiration into a degraded killing spree - begining with a beautiful model who will not keep still.

At a nearby mansion, the artist is hired as a handyman.  But as his madness drives him further into his own nightmarish world, he lashes out again...and again...and aga in, creating a grotesque museum of victims in the walk in freezer.  But as the murderer prepares to kill his final victim a power failure occurs.  His ghastly vision shatters into an even more terrifying reality.
