Rebecca Addelman’s “Inside The Writer's Room” Master Class
description
Rebecca Addelman’s “Inside The Writer's Room” Master Class removes the mystery surrounding what goes on in the writer's room. Participants who attend this workshop will discover how ideas are developed, pitched, analysed and critiqued in the world of network television.
Members of the Calgary Film and TV community were invited to submit a short script or scene (3-5 pages) to be discussed by the participants during the master class. We will choose 2-3 submissions to read and work on together as a group.
Attendees can expect to become more effective in providing feedback surrounding ideas and written work, enabling local writers and creators to become more confident in their development and story-telling skills.
Participants who attend this Master Class will be inspired to establish on-going collaborations to strengthen content development within our local industry.
