How to Use Your Pass

If you have a CUFF full-access festival pass, you still need to select and claim tickets for all films that you want to see at the festival. Please claim tickets in advance online or from box office (subject to capacity) to avoid missing out on films that you want to see.

Signing into your showpass account is the easiest way to purchase and access all your tickets. Your email pass confirmation from showpass that you received when you purchased or were sent a pass will have a Voucher Code that starts with VC. See main picture above!

HOW TO CLAIM / REDEEM FILM TICKETS ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED (OR BEEN SENT) A PASS

1. Go to any film page on the website https://www.calgaryundergroundfilm.org/2025/films/ or https://www.calgaryundergroundfilm.org/2025/schedule/

Click the red BUY button for the show you want to attend.

2. Select the "Passholder Redemption" ticket type, then click "Keep Shopping" (to claim tickets to other films in the same transaction) or click "Checkout."

3. At checkout, if you are logged in, it will automatically recognize your VC code and ask if you want to apply it.

4. If you are not logged in, you can add your VC code manually.

5. Confirm and complete "Checkout." Your total will be $0.

6. You will be emailed tickets for each film that you select.

7. You can then either add tickets to your digital wallet through showpass, or save a screenshot or PDF of the barcode and QR code for each film you claim tickets to. A CUFF volunteer will scan your barcode and QR code before you go into the cinema for every event.

8. Enjoy the festival and see as many films as you can!
